What’s your shipping policy?

PetFoodPros will ship your selected product to you at no charge for orders over $65, or a flat rate at $10.99. This program is available in the USA only, with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

How long does it take to process my order?

Please allow 48 hours for processing and 7-14 business days (Monday – Friday) for shipping. Generally speaking if your order is placed on a business day before 11:00am(PDT), it will ship same day. However, if placed in the afternoon it will likely be shipped out the next day. Please allocate enough days to receive your pets food before running out.

With the recent COVID-19 mandates all shipping carriers are experiencing delays.
We cannot guarantee shipping times.

What carrier is used?

PetFoodPros ships with FedEx, USPS or UPS. The carrier used is dependent on the cost of shipping and location it is shipping from. A tracking number will be notified to you once your order has shipped and processing is completed.
